0165(3)(a) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed blackberry bushes with sharp thorns present in serveral places in the outdoor play space accessible to children. 0165(4)(e) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed the water temperature in the bathroom handwashing sink to be 123.4 degrees F.
